• Dalman Aq Nasal Spray(called `Dalman` in this leaflet) contains a medicine called fluticasone propionate. This belongs to a group of medicines called steriods (also called `cortico-steriods`).
• Steriods work by reducing inflammation.
• They reduce swelling and irritation in your nose.
• This helps to reliveitching sneezing and your blocked or runny nose.
• Dalman is used to prevent and treat:  
• Inflammation in the linning of your nose(rhinitis) due to year round (perenial) allergies such as animal allergies.

• Ciprofloxacin is a new synthetic fluroquinolone antibacterial agent. Ciprofloxacin inhibits DNA-gyrase, in susceptible organism.Since it has bacterial effect during both logarithmic and stationary phases of growth in susceptible organism, there is almost no possiblity of recurrence.
• Ciprofloxacin is very active against bacteria resistant to other antibiotics like aminoglycosides, penicillins, cephalosporins and tetracyclnes because it has no parallel resistance with other antibiotics unlike quinolone carboxylic acid group antibodies.

• Infections formed by pathogen susceptible to Ciprofloxacin;
• Respiratory tract infections
• ear, nose and throat infections
• kidney and lower uninary system infections
• genital system infections(including gonorhoea)
• gall bladder tract infections
• Gastrointestinal infections ( infectious diarrhea)
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Bone and joint infections
• gyneocological infections
• Infections in patients with poor body defence and prophylaxis of infection risks.

• Pharmacodynamic properties

• Amlodipine is long acting dihydropyridine derivative calcium channel blocker.Amlodipine blocks both
• voltage induced and frequency induced calcium channels in the smooth coronary muscle membrane, and thus inhibits the calicium influx
• through slow channels in  peripheral and coronary vascular beds,resulting in vasodilation of the peripheral vascular system.

• INDICATION

• Amlodipine is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension, eith used alone or together with thiazide diuretics B-blockers or ACE inhibitors.
• It is indicated for stable and variant (prinzmetal`s) angima. Amlodipine may be used as monotherapy or in combination with other agents for the treatment of angina pertoris.
